Shipping policy

We ship nationwide across Bangladesh through trusted domestic courier partners (e.g., Steadfast, Pathao, Paperfly, RedX).

• Inside Dhaka Metro: 2 to 3 Business Days

• Dhaka Suburbs (Gazipur, Savar, Keraniganj, Narayanganj): 2 to 4 Business Days

• Outside Dhaka (All Over Bangladesh): 3 to 5 Business Days

(Note: During peak festive seasons, mega sales, or unexpected weather/political events, delivery times may be slightly extended).

2. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka Metro: ৳70 – ৳80

• Outside Dhaka: ৳130 – ৳150

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above [e.g., ৳2,500] 

3. Order Processing & Verification

• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address before dispatch.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

4. Payment Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay directly in cash to the delivery rider upon receiving your package. (For outside Dhaka, partial advance delivery charge may be requested for order confirmation).

5. Parcel Inspection & Delivery Guidelines

• Customers are requested to check the outer packaging in front of the delivery rider.

• If you receive a damaged, unsealed, or tampered polybag, please contact our support team immediately before making the payment.

• In the rare event of receiving a wrong or damaged item, please take clear photos or a short video and notify us within 24 hours.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a confirmation SMS containing your unique Courier Tracking ID to track your parcel in real-time.
